The stay will be confirmed only after having sent a deposit of 30% on the total of the stay, subsequently you will receive our booking confirmation.
At check-in you will be asked to pay Euro 100.00 to guarantee the conditions of the accommodation; The deposit will be refunded upon check-out after checking the condition of the apartment.
Payment Methods
Payments:
– To confirm the reservation is required a payment of 30% of the total amount as a deposit
– The final balance must be paid 15 days before arrival
Cancellation Fees:
For stays in the period from 01.03 to 19.06.2021 and from 10.10 to 31.10.2021
For stays in the period from 19.06 to 30.07.2021 and from 04.09 to 09.10.2021
For stays in the period from 31.07 to 03.09.2021
If it is not possible to travel due to COVID-19 emergency restrictions, the amount paid will not be lost but a voucher will be issued that can be used for a future booking.
